Aim of course

Negotiation is the most common and the most important situation in business. It is vital for business success that negotiations close with a result favorable for us. Obviously, our partners want same, but for themselves. The two interests seem to be irreconcilable. In fact they are not. The task is to find a mutually beneficial solution. During the course we show that this task is way less difficult than many would suppose.

While participants learn to control the process of negotiation, they get to understand how they could achieve better results without harming their relationships. They become capable of reaching win-win results, mutually beneficial negotiation outcomes. As a result they could build a better relationship with associates, clients or suppliers.

The training takes 2 day, max. group size is 12 people. A pre-training CQ Test is required.
After the training, we provide participants with 3 occasions of SMS-based follow-up. (In the 1st quarter of 2017 this is free of charge.)
